What best describes your issue?

• 👉 There is a delay, but airflow eventually starts
  → This is normal for heat pump units

   

• 👉 No airflow at all
  → Go to: Delay or no airflow when heat starts

🔍 If there is a delay before airflow starts:

This is normal behavior for heat pump units.

• The unit may delay the fan to prevent blowing cold air
• This delay typically lasts a few minutes
• Heating will begin once the system is ready

⚠️ When is it NOT normal?

• No airflow after several minutes
• Unit is running but completely silent
• Airflow never starts
